During your FREE fitness assessment, the trainer will:

  • Evaluate your health and exercise history
  • Measure your body fat and girth measurements
  • Provide basic and individualized exercise recommendations
  • Assist you in setting specific and measurable fitness goals

Our trainers are available for free assessments M-F from 6am until 9pm, and Sat & Sun from 10am until 5pm.
